Convenient for the NEC. Lovely staff, very good restaurant, rooms pleasant and clean…only dropped a point as there were no USB charging points, which seems a little unexpected given how good it was in other aspects but that’s such a minor matter and we had a great time and were well looked after by the lovely staff.

I enjoyed the stay at the best western. The room with breakfast wasn’t expensive. The room was a little dated, but clean and well looked after. There was very good shower pressure with soft water which is always a bonus!
