Spectra House Meeting Rooms

Our state-of-the-art meeting rooms to hire in Coventry offer comfort, modern facilities, and excellent value for money. Our offices are accessible via the M6, M69, A45 & A46. We have 18 parking and disabled parking spaces. Should the capacity of our parking not suffice, road parking is available as well as use of a nearby rugby club’s over-flow parking facilities. The Silver Room is the largest meeting room the BCF has to offer. Room capacity is 26 boardroom style. The Magenta Room is the second largest meeting room at Spectra House. Room capacity is 12 boardroom style. The Morris Room is the smallest meeting room at Spectra House. Maximum room capacity is 8 boardroom style. Unlimited tea, coffee and water can be ordered at a rate of £4 per head. Catering can be ordered at a rate of £10 per head. Video calling and conference calling are also available upon request. Disabled access and toilet available. Each room comes with use of the member’s lounge, electronic whiteboards,
HD interactive touch screens, HDMI / VGA connectivity, high speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, USB power sockets and freshly ground coffee beans machine included. The venue has recently been refurbished and catering can be provided.
