Well kept hotel, the communal areas, bar, restaurant, reception have clearly been recently modernised and done very well. My room was slightly dated but perfectly functional and clean. The room was a little stuffy, but opening the window the 2nd night cured this. Good choice of food at breakfast, very attentive staff in the restaurant and bar and ample free carparking. I would stay again and definitely visit the Queens head pub down the road for a pint and curry.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of carpark space. Food wasù nice. Slept well. Not far from the airport. The taxi fair was £19 tho on his phone it was £17.50p. Definitely would stay there again. If your catching the taxi back from the airport. Keep an eye on the meter he tried to charge me £20.80p. The fare was only £15.80p. When I confronted him, He said its ok forget about it and drove off. This has nothing to do with the hotel. But thought I would let you know. Hotel was great definitely use it again.

Rooms were ok in standard tv was weird angle to watch in room bit awkward. The deluxe room was lovely. Shower is a little underwhelming and not very powerful. The soaps smell gorgeous. Had a lovely free fruit platter and drink with deluxe room which was a wonderful touch. Service at bars was little strange not very welcoming in the Starbucks bar. Other bar near restaurant was better. Whole place smelled of lemon which was a little overpowering as they would come round spray even more during the day

Lovely hotel with very warm and welcoming staff. Particularly want to say thank you to Aswin and Samran who has give us lots of delicious biscuits when everything else is closed. We were starving after a late night party so this is life saving! Room is clean and comfy and the bar/entrance area is beautifully decorated. Price is reasonable too. Will definitely recommend.

It was a disappointing stay - I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel had no water running in half the hotel. There was no information to inform those rooms affected. I called all the phone numbers on the internal phone and none were being answered! I called the reception number off google which was diverted to another hotel, they informed me a porter would be coming to my room - after 15 minutes I ended up going to reception in my PJ's and was informed the water was off. No porter arrived to my room. I've put a complaint into the hotel regarding my stay and I've had no response despite it being over two weeks, I would not recommend this hotel. They was lots of customer complaining that they couldn't brush their teeth or have a shower in the morning there were no managers to be seen or additional staff to help those on reception during the busy check out despite knowing of the issue from 6.30ish am!
