January 2025Booked this hotel for a surprise stay for my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary & the staff were great. I sent decorations a week before & they were kindly put up in the room along with flowers & balloon is that were organised too. They gave them a lovely chocolate written message with some cakes that were in the room when they arrived & gave them a dessert with a cake topper I sent too. Location is great, within a couple of minutes walk to the castle & shopping. My parents said the food was amazing, the servers in the restaurant were friendly & very attentive. We visited on the Saturday & saw the room. Everything was really lovely. Dog friendly too

December 2024We have just spent 3 nights at this beautiful hotel on their Xmas package. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a very warm welcome which continued through out our entire stay. The classic rooms are on the small size, but very elegant and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel has several separate dining areas, lounges and bar, all connected with room dividers and greenery all lit with different lighting, truly beautiful with all Xmas decor. The staff work so hard on all levels, but still meet and greet you and happy to help with any queries. The buffet breakfasts are amazing, cooked to perfection, as was the evening meals. The central location was perfect for exploring Windsor and surrounding areas. Thank you all for making our Xmas stay such a memorable one.

December 2024Our stay was excellent, with a pleasant ambiance and well-maintained rooms. I personally loved the bed! The service was exceptional, and we were warmly attended to by Riasat, who was both polite and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The entire team was fantastic, making our visit truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all major attractions in Windsor. Highly recommend this place!

January 2025We stayed at Castle Hotel Windsor at the beginning of our honeymoon Europe Trip and it was amazing. The room was very spacious which is great when you have two suitcases. The big windows were great so we could look at the lovely view. The bathroom was clean and modern. We loved having a fridge, tea & coffee in our room. Great location!
