Lovely Hotel in fantastic location. Rhea on Reception was a breath of fresh air and so very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious, very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfy.

A wonderful experience of Windsor due this Hotel. The location is perfect, easy parking, if a little pricey, friendly and helpful staff, decent bar prices. The hotel has a homely feel, not too modern but comfortable and clean. We will definitely visit again!!!

On Saturday evening we were treated like Royalty! Nothing was too much trouble and the staff could not have been more attentive. We enjoyed spending time in the library whilst eating birthday cake with friends. Thank you to the staff for saving the day, we all had a fabulous time.

Great location, exactly opposite the entrance of the Windsor Castle. The majority of the staff felt a bit cold, a few really friendly and open to help. The room was a normal size, maybe a bit more on the small side, but ok, clean and nicely decorated. I had a room facing the parking lot/inner court yard, so nothing special and a bit noisy. Really comfy bed. No beauty kit, no shower cap and no hairdryer in the room (didn't ask at the reception to have one). Buffet with Standard English breakfast and some continental products/fruits.
