“I’ve stayed here twice on business and will be coming back. After staying at other larger hotels nearer Heathrow I was taken aback by how friendly and accommodating the checking staff where. Smiles all round, even checking in late on the lady was friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.”

What a perfect little hotel this is. Staff so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful. Lovely, well decorated, cosy bedroom. A complimentary welcome drink from the cosy, friendly bar. Nice evening dinner in the restaurant. Great sleep in a big, comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious with specially cooked pastries and tea, coffee and toast. Thank you, great way to spend time with my sister, perfect.

We stayed here in October for a couple of nights. It was a last-minute decision to stay the night in Windsor. We sought a decent hotel, and they had availability at the Royal Adelaide. It was so nice, we immediately booked a second night there. The staff were amazing; professional, polite, approachable, and friendly. They made our visit personal. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The TV didn't work well and had very limited channels, about 3 or 4 and none of interest. And the extraction in the bathroom didn't work, so the room filled with steam. But these were just trivial matters. We weren't there to watch TV and we could vent the bathroom. Both issues were reported to reception. There was parking, but you had to ensure you booked it in advance. We were lucky and there was availability. The food was excellent. We had breakfast there and was so pleased with it that we opted to have our evening meals there too. We were not disappointed. When we left, I had foolishly left a shirt in the cupboard. They rang me to let me know and then posted it to me. Overall, we had a wonderful relaxing time there. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it as a perfect place to stay.
