Play At Pins, Cardiff

We attended as part of an organised event with access to all activities. The kareoke rooms are well soundproofed and a lot of fun! Drinks are a little on the expensive side but our first one was free with the package. Massive thank you to Megan, Jordan, Alex and Drew who made the evening so enjoyable

Very poor escape room, props were cheap and nasty. Rooms smelly and small cost £140 for 5 of us and what a waste of money. Staff were not just dedicated to escape room, so if you need any help expect to Be waiting a long time . Didn’t even provide a torch like most escape rooms, had to use phone. Was gutted with my spend. If you want a good escape room use the new one in Tonypandy RCT.

I've never felt so embarrassed and discusted in all my life. Attended play at pins in cardiff with a group for a stag and hen each paying £45 on Saturday 15th June. When we got there i couldnt believe the lack of customer service and general care. It got to the point when I spoke to a manager who said himself the communication between booking and the staff was shocking. He tried to restart our experience by offering extra bits to which we greatly appreciated. To think and hope that would be the end of our poor experience was sadly short lived. I approached the bar to see if the karaoke room was not ready for us to which a male behind the bar said with shrugged shoulders probably not. To be honest it's not and I don't know how long as everything is up in the air. I ask if he could give a time and he said I will get you when it's ready. Again brilliant customer service... NOT..... I was the one who booked this event and left early at around 7pm with my partner as I was soo upset and embarrassed for everyone especially the bride and groom to be. I seriously would not recommend or book this again. Very poorly managed, over priced and very un hygienic.... If this was booked for me I would of requested a refund and left at the very beginning.. We paid in total over £600... This was meant to be a magical day. It turned into a disgrace .. Surely a partial or full refund should be offered for the ruined evening
