Lovely stay! Staff are awesome and helpful, rooms are beautiful and clean. First time to Cardiff as well but it’s located in an excellent location. Can’t wait to come back. David in particular you are so helpful, along with the rest of your staff!

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Cardiff and had a great stay. The location is superb, right in the city center with easy access to major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, but not much fresh fruit. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cardiff!

I stayed here for work. I was greeted by the wonderful Matilda who is exceptional at her job. She is polite and bubbly and a credit to this hotel. Room: My room was lovely, spacious, and very clean. The bed was absolutely amazing and one of the comfiest beds I've slept in. Bathroom; equally as clean, couldn't fault it. Food: Breakfast was really nice, well cooked and not cold. With a good selection of breakfast items. Would I stay again? absolutely 👍🏾

Some of the nicest and cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in in a hotel. The staff was lovely and very accommodating and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options and they were delicious. I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

2 minute walk from Queen Street station and next to a taxi rank, so good location. The staff are great and very helpful. The rooms are nice and are air conditioned, however all the floor boards are very creaky so you can hear people in the rooms above moving about and walking down the corridor. The rooms also have what I assume is an emergency exit green light in the ceiling light nearest the door that is on when all lights are off, which gives the room a weird lighting effect. There is no way to turn it off, so if you like a dark room bring an eye mask
