Sam and Rhys were excellent to make the bottomless brunch as boozy and fun as it could be. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fun afternoon with a bottomless brunch. That My name

We had an experience day with Virgin for our wedding gift, we went to Cardiff excited for our "traditional afternoon tea" ... but what came out was horrendous, a plate of deep fried food with half a burger which was SOLID and overcooked. There was a dessert one too, which came out with a waffle and tiramisu... what is British about an American waffle and an Italian tiramisu? The food was not good, and I truly hope your trash this and actually start an original afternoon tea with a pot of tea. All just cooked from frozen & thawed desserts. However there were plus sides, the guy who made the cocktail was great and the waiter was really nice!

We waited at least 15-20 minutes for our first drink, noticed the service was very very slow with barely many people in and drinks just left on the side waiting, we must have complained about 5 times throughout our time here for bottomless brunch. Pizza was undercooked, chips cold, Sausages tasted as if they’ve gone off and the Mac and cheese was given cold. we had a new set of Mac and cheese and chips. Throughout the whole two hours of cocktails we must have had at least 4 each. The full bill was 40-50£ and the shocker to think we still had to pay full price because their would be no alternative for the lack of service, lack of drinks and poor food was unreal. We will never come here again and will never suggest bottomless brunch here to anyone.

Unfortunately, our group had a highly disappointing experience. Firstly, the service was extremely slow. Over the course of the two-hour period, we received only 6 drinks, despite this being "bottomless". This significantly detracted from the overall experience. The quality of the food was also far below expectations. The chicken burgers were incredibly dry, the mushrooms on the cooked breakfast were burned and inedible, and the baked beans had been sitting under a heat lamp for so long they had developed a thick film. The avocado toast was similarly disappointing—the eggs were overcooked yet somehow still slimy, the toast was soggy, and the entire meal was served cold. The only redeeming factor was our server, who was polite, attentive, and did her best despite the clear understaffing. She noticed our dissatisfaction and kindly brought us a couple of extra drinks as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated. However, it was evident that she was overworked and struggling to keep up with the demands of the service. Overall, this was not the standard we expected.
