August 2024Excellent location! I wish I could give it a 10 rating! Our room had high ceiling and big windows facing Tower Hill and bank district. Amazing view day and night. Very quiet albeit being in high traffic area. Excellent pool and gym facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are clean just a little worn out. The staff were great and helpful. In total, I would return to this hotel over and over again.

June 2024Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. They meticulously cared for me and my family over our week long stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had so many lovely amenities. Stocked with coffee, tea, cookies, and any else you might need. The breakfast was an impressive spread. The pool and spa amenities were also outstanding. Location could not have been more perfect for day tripping around London. Thank you Leonardo Royal London City for making our trip memorable, elegant, and comfortable.

July 2024Great hotel with an amazing pool, good location, pretty good breakfast (especially custom omelette but you can also ask for poached). Only looses out with dated and small bathroom and minor maintenance issues. Don't pay the maximum price as it is available at reasonable rates at other times.. which make it well worth a stay.

June 2024Location is great, rooms were a great size. Only thing is if they have an event going on and you are staying near it they can be blasting music on a Wednesday night at 11pm. And it’s all you can hear in your room, can feel the bass coming from it. So just a heads up. And when asked if something can be done the front desk says 10 more min and it will be over. And that didn’t happen several times. I never do reviews but this was the most aggravating experience I understand staying in a hotel comes with some noise but this was 5 hrs of non stop music and kids were kept up till midnight because the music was so loud. And the amount of money it costs to stay here you shouldn’t have to deal with this. They say they are a family friendly hotel and that’s not the experience we got.
