We had a wonderful experience at this hotel during our recent trip to London. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was their generous offer to store our luggages for 3 days while we traveled to Belfast, which made our trip much easier and stress-free. We’re glad we decided to cancel our reservation at the adjacent hotel, which refused to help us with luggage storage, even though we had another booking with them for our return from Belfast. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which added a lovely touch to our visit. To top it off, the hotel also gifted us a bottle of wine for each night of our stay – a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. A special mention goes to their staff, Luigi, for his quick and professional assistance when one of our bags was mistakenly taken by another guest. They worked tirelessly to recover it before our flight, and we were grateful for their prompt action and care in handling the situation. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's service and attention to detail. Indeed, we felt we were treated like royalty. We will certainly be returning on our next visit to London and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and reliable hotel experience.

Great room! Marina at the front desk was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable and above all warm. She went over and above at every step of our experience. The pool was nice, bed comfy, breakfast varied. Over all a great place to be.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Leonardo Royal Hotel London City! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with great facilities and a fantastic location, but what really made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. A special shout-out to Oscar at the Leo breakfast restaurant—he went above and beyond to accommodate my vegan requests, ensuring I had a delicious and satisfying meal each morning. His attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out! The reception staff were equally incredible. One particular lady (who was also incredibly stunning, I must add) was extremely helpful with my check-in and even assisted me in getting my pushchair to my room. That level of service and kindness is rare, and I really appreciated it. Overall, fantastic service, wonderful staff, and a great hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
