December 20245-star prices , but 3 star service. During my stay, the hotel restaurant was serviced by one staff working her fingers to the bone. Want some coffee? Get ready to wait half an hour. Cost cutting is clearly Bulgari's priority, and it shows. For the service standards you deserve and actual luxury enjoyment, I'd recommend Mandarin Oriental instead.
