    Hotel service is top notch, from the reception to the room. The room was spacious with a lovely fragrance, when I ordered for a meal from the restaurant it was well prepared and was delivered on time. The complimentary breakfast was really nice and freshly done. Am definitely coming back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in search for a home way from home, it’s was absolutely just lovely spending some days here.

    Exceptional quality of a hotel. Staff are really nice and very welcoming in the reception when you first arrive. Food is amazing level for the price which your paying 😳 couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore 🤙☝️

    We were visiting several times. Last time in December 2024 and it will be our last. After payment for the satay in reception I sat in the lobby , just in front of reception desk. I started order a transport to airport by phone , and while doing this a man came and took my business bag. And all this with all the cameras , security and door man. So I was robbed in lobby. Hotel of course doesn’t want to take any responsibility. Their insurance not converting it. They don’t even do any compensation for the stay. Zero helpful action. You should expect more from 5* hotel. Shame.
