These meeting rooms may be hired privately offering 40" Loewe high definition LCD screens, connections for computer and other video sources and complimentary wireless internet.

I had afternoon tea at the Bulgari Hotel London back in July and wow I can honestly say that this was one of the best I have ever had. The quality of the food was very high and the sandwich combinations and sweets worked fab. All of the food melted in mouth and staff were happy to provide more when we finished. In general the hotel is beautifully decorated and the smell/air freshener which radiates through the building was wonderful. The service from all members of staff was excellent but most important I wanted to thank Ishmael (sorry I might not have spelt it correctly) for going above and beyond and helping me with the booking via telephone because the website was down.

**Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!** I had an amazing stay at Hotel Bulgari London. The service was top-notch from start to finish, with staff going above and beyond. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great view. The amenities were excellent, especially the serene pool area and the fantastic on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and the location made it easy to explore local attractions. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it for a luxurious, relaxing stay! -Syed

I certainly had a very disappointing experience in the lounge. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. I was kept waiting for 40 minutes without any explanation or apology. When I finally asked about the delay, I was rudely informed that hotel guests are given priority over non-guests, which was never mentioned when I arrived. To make matters worse, the lounge manager was extremely arrogant and dismissive. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and apologizing for the inconvenience, she made me feel like I was the one at fault for expecting timely service. This is not the level of service one would expect from a luxury hotel like Bulgari. I left feeling frustrated and thoroughly disappointed. I would not recommend visiting the lounge if you are not a hotel guest, as it seems you won’t be treated with the same level of respect or care.

I was meeting my partner in the bar and he told me to seat here while he was going to toilet which is i did, There was no one to greet me in the front of the bar so i have to come in, as soon as i seat in this table. The bar tender in the bar shouted at me “hello” in a aggressive way as if i was trespassing and with a big embarrassment when everyone is looking at me as if i did some crime! I feel disgusted!!! he didn’t even come and politely ask me what was i doing in the table. I told him that i was with the person in the table after he heard my explanation he carry on serving the people in the table without acknowledging me!!! Is this the luxury service? this happened exactly 6:45pm on 25th of August. I always cone in here to have a drink after work but this is the first time that staff failed to give the excellent service that this hotel should have. This matter should’ve handle in a polite and good manner way.

The staff in the lounge are despicable, it seems the regular staff and management has changed. Staff were rude and arrogant and upon reading other reviews we are not the only ones who have experienced this. The services here does not reflect a 5 star hotel at all given the location and affluential guests that visit. In future will stick to the Dorchester. It’s completely gone downhill. It seems that the staff here are so insecure within themselves this is being projected on to visitors through their arrogance. There no longer anything 5 star about this place it could be a lounge at any two start hotel.
