The rooms are spacious and meticulously designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms felt like a private spa retreat, complete with high-end amenities.Dining at the hotel was another highlight.Overall, my stay at the Bulgari Hotel exceeded all expectations. December 20245-star prices , but 3 star service. During my stay, the hotel restaurant was serviced by one staff working her fingers to the bone. Want some coffee? Get ready to wait half an hour. Cost cutting is clearly Bulgari's priority, and it shows. For the service standards you deserve and actual luxury enjoyment, I'd recommend Mandarin Oriental instead.
