Bolton College

I just recently applied on the childcare course to start this week but my experience has been absolutely terrible. When I first walked into the college. It was very busy and stressful and I even forgot my charger so me and a support worker had to wait for her to drop it off and she did. Next off we was told to go to catering and then health and social. Then eventually we got to childcare and let’s just say it was awful. The people was completely rude and disrespectful and got sent away twice as I was trying to get a Id badge. The people just kept not turning up and a few people from different courses kept on coming up to me and one of them was really rude to me. Non of my friends was there on this day as they either don’t attend this college or on another course and I was standing around all by myself in the morning having nobody to talk to because people are extremely horrible. I also did 2 sampling sessions with them and I gave them a 3rd try but unfortunately I don’t think this is the right college for me 5 days later. I received an email to say I haven’t attended college when I’ve already told them I’m not coming back!! I’ll be reporting to ofsted if this continues

This college is the worst the staff don't care about people with disabilities all they care about is themselves along as there paid for nothing no help nothing if u have any sense don't send ur kids there
