We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Mallory. My friend and I much needed R&R and this place delivered everything we had hoped. First night we were kept awake by a faulty fan - but the hotel staff, especially Jo, did everything possible to rectify it. All the staff were so friendly and helpful - something you don’t often get nowadays. Genuine too. The spa was heaven, room so beautifully done (and in keeping with the heritage); food yummy. We’ll definitely be back!

One night stay: The house and grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. We spent time in the spa and had drinks in the grounds. Didn't try the restaurants but we will definitely be coming back for that. The "stand out" for us was the staff. Especially Olly who went out of his way to help us with finding free parking in their sister hotel in Stratford after we mentioned we were heading there for a visit. And a lovely breakfast hostess who was warm and chatty. Every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and care which reflects so well on the general management. Highly recommend! A very small note. I had assumed that booking a night in the hotel would include access to the spa. I called ahead to book in and realised we had to pay extra - £25pp for 2hrs. We did pay and it was lovely, but we overheard a group checking out who had used the spa unaware of the cost until it showed on the bill. So be aware it costs extra. Perhaps this could be clearer on the website.

We had our wedding here and it was perfect! The location is rural but very close to Leamington and trains etc. the staff could not be more helpful and the rooms are immaculate. The main old hotel is beautiful and the whiskey cabinet is sublime and I wish I could try them all! The spa is also very good and I had a lovely full body massage to finish off a long weekend
