November 2024As we live locally we have never stayed here before. However we decided to spend our wedding night here and we are so pleased we did. The staff were all so helpful and we had the morning in the spa enjoying the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub!!! The breakfast was superb with a fabulous choice with massive pots of tea and loads of toast and the food cooked to order. The staff were so attentive. The room itself was literally perfect!! Immaculate clean and the decor and furnishing were superb. Definitely one to enjoy on our anniversary!!! Very happy customers

November 2024Writing this review before we have even checked out! This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff have been so amazing and so helpful! Nothing seem to be to much hassle! The food was absolutely amazing and the waiting staff went above and beyond! The spa is lovely and the treatment me and my other half had was amazing! The room was very clean and very spacious! Thank you to your whole team! This is definitely somewhere we will return to!

December 2024My partner booked a night here as a stop over on our road trip south for my birthday weekend. The hotel has a wonderful charm, beautiful setting the staff are amazing and the service was second to none. We had our evening dinner which we chose the 7 coarse tasting menu, this was a very special experience. Each coarse just took you to a different level with their cooking techniques with some amazing flavors all cooked to perfection. A truly amazing hotel with a first class service, exceptional food & wine.

December 2024My stay at Mallory Court Hotel and Spa was even better than I had anticipated. From start to finish, the experience was incredible, with the staff going above and beyond to make everything perfect — a special mention to Isabella, whose attention to detail and warmth truly stood out. The spa, while not exactly like the pictures, exceeded expectations. The steam sauna was fantastic, and the outdoor sauna and jacuzzi were absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep, and the food was surprisingly outstanding — every meal was a delight. I highly recommend Mallory Court for anyone seeking a blend of relaxation, and excellent service. It’s truly a gem!

November 2024Advertised as child friendly, but says nowhere prominent online that their pool doesn't allow kids. Website needs to be upfront about the restrictions. Pool is 'fully booked' even though we arrived early in afternoon, restaurant also booked up. Extra charge for using the pool, which is relatively unique in the industry. Made to feel like a burden for wanting to change in changing rooms to use the gym. No communication that we needed to book ahead, as a professional journalist I've never encountered a hotel run in such a disappointing way.
