June 2024Clean comfortable room and conference rooms. Nice amenities (shampoo, body wash). We had a super spacious room it was lovely! So much free parking spaces! The bed was super comfortable and the room well sound proofed, it was quiet even though outside our windows was the car park. Easy to navigate TV unlike some hotels. And dinner at the restaurant was pretty good too. Cheaper to pay breakfast at reception! We had such a comfortable night sleep. The shower wasn't that great. Attended for the surrogacy UK conference and we thought the corridors could have been a little bit better lit, struggled to navigate especially with loads of people in the corridors. And somebody fix the peep hole on the door please.

September 2024I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with a modern and stylish decor that immediately felt welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, including a very comfortable bed and a stunning view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The on-site dining options were top-notch, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes.Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

September 2024First ever time staying with my very young family.. it was an amazing stay! Staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, my kids enjoyed a bubble bath. We didn't get to use all the facilities but still really happy with our short holiday.

August 2024I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time it has been great. The food in both the Triumph bar and the Steak restaurant are great and the service is excellent. The pool and gym facilities are great for a hotel and of course the location is perfect, if working in the Hinckley area. The only negative for me is the lack of air con, which meant that the rooms have been far too warm this summer, even with the window open and a fan provided.

September 2024Lovely room, but no air conditioning ruined it for us. The room was so hot and the window didn't open more and 1-2cm! A small desk fan was provided,but that didn't help the 4 of us in the room. The fire door in our hall way also had what looked to be a hole made by rodents. See attached photos.
