First things first checking in! Couldn’t have been better! I was greeted by Tamara who was helpful and friendly, great customer service and helped with everything I needed to know and got me on my way as quickly as needed but not in any rush. I was running a little late for the restaurant but the bar girl took my order regardless ( sorry i didn’t catch a name but was a man and a girl on the bar and both were great to deal with!) I can’t thank the chefs enough for cooking me the 8oz fillet steak (which honestly was the highlight of my stay) service was fast and the food was warm and tasty! As a steak lover this place exceeded expectations! The room was just as good as the service and the food and all in all I haven’t got a bad word to say about this place, granted I only stayed a night but I’d definitely look at booking again for maybe a long weekend getaway! Thanks to the staff who dealt with me tonight and the chefs who provided me the beautiful food!

Great experience from Libby the beauty therapist. Great service at the restaurant and food was amazing. Rooms were spacious, heated mirror in the bathroom helped. Shower was powerful and good temperature. Would highly recommend

Attended a Christmas Party night at Chesford Grange on 6/12/24 and it really exceeded my expectations. All the staff were really friendly and attentive. Loads of staff on the bar and table service, making it all run smoothly, no lengthy bar queues or waiting for food - makes such a difference. Our server (Mo I think his name was) was really good. Food was all delicious and the DJ did a great job of reading the room with his song choices. Hope to be back next year, keep doing what you are doing on these party nights Chesford Grange!

We booked a family room with two young children. Very large room and children loved being able to run around. Dinosaur blanket provided with cot bed, really nice touch. Swimming pool perfect temperature, both children loved playing in it. Son really wanted duck toy but we hadn't taken money down, they let us take them to play in the pool and then go back later to pay. Had room service, quick service and food was good and was very hot 😃. On leaving daughter got very upset as she loved the dinosaur blanket, but couldn't buy them online anymore. Manager allowed us to take the blanket for free, very very happy little girl who has not let go of the blanket. Thank you so much!!!! ❤️ will definitely come back.

If you can’t sleep at a hotel what is it good for? This hotel is more of a conference centre with rooms. We booked the same weekend as a dog competition which we weren’t told about when we booked. There was really loud music till late meaning we couldn’t sleep and then yapping dogs woke us up in the morning. An awful night’s sleep. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating, but I’d never stay there again!
