The Williams Experience Centre is an experience that never fails to impress, located at the home of the Williams Formula 1 team in Grove, Oxfordshire

Originally the base of BMW's Le Mans project, the building was converted in 2002 and today stands as an award-winning Experience Centre, offering a modern and creative environment in which to meet, train, network and entertain. With 7 flexible event rooms catering from 2 to 200 guests, the Williams Experience Centre offers full support in event planning and execution with in-house AV facilities, dedicated event managers and 5-star catering and service.

Arrive at Williams Racing and allow our security team to escort you over to our Experience Centre. Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a full breakfast, fresh smoothies and introduction to Williams via our VIP Hosting team. Your Williams passes will be handed to you to enjoy the full day and gain access to all around you.

Your day will start with a tour of our Heritage Museum, viewing the largest privately owned collection of Formula One cars. Get up close through the years of vehicles and make sure to bring your camera! Our hosts will talk you through the Williams years and you will be able to view a range of our championship winning cars. You will then be shown to our Esports lounge where our state-of-the-art facility awaits you. Try and beat your opponent's time and win the fastest lap prize.

After racing on our simulators, you will then enjoy a three-course fine dining menu, served specially within our museum. Relax and enjoy your surroundings whilst you dine.

The afternoon will be full of activities including a presented talk from our VIP external guest speakers. Our speakers can present on a number of topics that you feel would suit your environment best. Including, leadership, teamwork, empowerment & much more. After your presentation you will be shown through into our Mission Control room, where you will take the hot seat and become a race strategist. Individually you will try to outsmart your opponents, make the right decisions with pit stops and fuelling your cars. Finish on the podium and receive your prize.

Finally, after light afternoon refreshments our hosts will provide all guests with their merchandise bag. Inside will be a range of treats and William's apparel.
