The Williams Experience Centre is an experience that never fails to impress, located at the home of the Williams Formula 1 team in Grove, Oxfordshire
Originally the base of BMW's Le Mans project, the building was converted in 2002 and today stands as an award-winning Experience Centre, offering a modern and creative environment in which to meet, train, network and entertain. With 7 flexible event rooms catering from 2 to 200 guests, the Williams Experience Centre offers full support in event planning and execution with in-house AV facilities, dedicated event managers and 5-star catering and service.
*While attending an event with us, you have the opportunity to view the largest private collection of F1 cars in the world. Housing more than 40 of the team's seminal race cars, it is one of the largest private collections of F1 cars in the world, charting the team's history

We can offer our venue for up to 200 guests to enjoy drinks upon arrival within our Heritage Museum, plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the evening along with a full Christmas meal & drinks!

Your evening will commence with a Drinks Reception in the Williams Grand Prix Collection, housing over 40 original racing cars, then moving through to our Frank Williams Driver Suite, where your party will take place with exclusive use of the Monaco Bar.

-Notice received more than ten (10) weeks prior to the Event – 30% of the Fee (being the Deposit) -Notice received more than seven (7), but less than ten (10), weeks prior to the Event – 50% of the Fee. -Notice received more than four (4), but less than seven (7), weeks prior to the Event – 60% of the Fee. -Notice received four (4) weeks or fewer prior to the Event – 100% of the Fee.

February 2020A great place to visit with lots of fantastic exhibits. It also has a conference facility which can be booked out as well as live Formula 1 event days, where there is food, activities, as well as watching the race live with pit lane interviews and audience interaction. The museum is well worth a visit if you are a racing fan. I'll be going back, taking many of my family with me. Hopefully as part of a formula 1 race day event!

September 2023Did the race experience day here. Started at 9, but arrive anytime up to 11 when the main presentation starts and you don't necessarily miss much... well beyond practice time in the sim racing and scalectrix! Had a driver come on for a short chat... Alex Albon is a proper nice chap. Everyone is very welcoming and brilliantly helpful. Shout out to Dale in this respect. Top chap and great tour guide. Overall, a really nice building, car collection was utterly amazing (need to go back for a longer look) and a nice collective experience of watching the race as a larger group. Would recommend for F1 fans.
