Whether you host drinks at dusk on the reconstructed Victorian street, deliver a presentation in the beautiful Victorian galleries, or enjoy a buffet in the light-filled Welcome Space, Salford Museum and Art Gallery has plenty of spaces to impress your guests.
Larkhill Place is a totally unique, memorable spot for intimate and atmospheric private dining. Set at the turn of the last Century, this is the only street of its kind in the North West, with stone cobbles, original shop fronts, dimmed street lamps, and the sound of horse-drawn carriages in the background. Our wonderful team will ensure this is an evening to remember.

I visited Salford Museum and Art Gallery with my wife and our friend in Spring 2024 and we really enjoyed seeing the work of Salford born Artist and Photographer, Harold Riley. I learned a lot about his life and work, documenting Salford and his fellow Salfordians. The staff were great and the building is disabled friendly with a ramp up to the entrance and a lift to the exhibits upstairs. Free entry, donations are welcome.

Excellent, but make sure of its opening times. Parking is extremely difficult, so park elsewhere and walk. It's a hive of student activity, so time it well if you want a visit that's slightly quieter 🙂
