This is a lovely hotel. Not the most modern I've stayed in but it doesn't need to be. When you walk in you'll see what I mean . Some beautiful furniture and touches. Service is outstanding. Everything was there and perfect. And if it wasn't there I rang and it was. Super clean. We also got drinks at the bar which were gorgeous. We got breakfast up in the room which was also lovely . Did I mention the location hahaha . If you are coning to Manchester for city centre anything- and there's so much to do- this hotel is in one of the best spots you could be in. As I say- not the most modern and luxury I've ever stayed in but right up there and with the rest of the experience... even reception and room service.... I have to say exceptional.

We had an incredible stay at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel. The hotel itself is stunning with its historic charm and exceptional amenities. From check-in to check-out the staff were fantastic. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and is truly an asset to the hotel. Our room was both comfortable and beautifully designed. The breakfast buffet was good though the dining area setup felt somewhat average. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Loved the hotel, food, staff, service. I especially loved the music at breakfast. A relaxing vibe that made me feel like I was on holiday somewhere lovely! I'd love a copy of the music! Great job Kimpton House. I would definitely visit again.

This beautiful hotel oozes charm and character. Reception has a real warmth and welcoming ambience with beautiful decor and history. Staff are very friendly and ready to assist. Our room was upgraded and Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable from start. The entire hotel is just mind blowing from the large corridors, to directors stairwell. The Refuge bar and Restaurant too compliments the hotel. Dined here which again was great and also in Winter Harden. Kimpton offers happy hour in the Post Room which had a lovely calming feel.

Nothing special. Great reception area in a very special architecturally significant building. The rooms are average. The bar is spectacular to look at but service is poor. The restaurant/dining is average and theres a lot better places to go right outside the front door. Staff seemed disinterested.
