Foundry Project opened in November 2018; a contemporary, urban, industrial bar, restaurant and event venue, where the focus is on fun, great cocktails, and funky food. Devouring burgers, polishing off pizzas, good-time people sharing margaritas.

From 11.00am till late daily, it is a Northern Quarter hub of choice for informal company events to all sorts of personal celebrations. Whatever the occasion, for business, pleasure, or a bit of both, the Foundry Project team will tailor the perfect package to suit the needs of the client.

For company Christmas celebrations at lunchtimes or in the evenings, mate groups, and December birthdays, Foundry Project is the hot ticket in town to hang the mistletoe and let the liquor flow. The 2021 Christmas Menu jingles in from just £17.95 per head for two courses. Finger food and drinks voucher packages are also available, from just £19.50 per head.

It is conveniently situated in the Smithfield Market Buildings in Manchester city centre’s bohemian Northern Quarter.

We are 0.3 miles from Victoria Station and 0.7 miles from Piccadilly Station.

Charlie was so amazing, we had a lovely time and can’t wait to come back again. Note for the chefs: please include some form of bread with the vegan breakfast. I don’t wanna eat baked beans or avocado on their own without a carb 😭

A fabulous and well worth the value bottomless brunch, mostly thanks to Charlie our waiter who could not do enough for us. No stingy drinks and great brunch food menu. Charlie was so attentive, friendly and created such a lovely atmosphere for everyone. The food was great. Definitely a bottomless brunch I would visit again

This is a nice bar. It's got an ok selection on Draught, so I went with Brooklyn . Another bar that attracts a lively younger crowd, they played some great music whilst I was in there, it's not often you get the full 7 minute ( and so many seconds version ) of The Doors Riders on the storm..... Oh, and I'd never had a pizza with goats cheese and caramelised onions on before. What a revelation. Definitely have that spicy chicken pizza if you're in there.
