Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre, Sedgewick Suite

We had a lovely nights stay . We got there early and Alana at reception was amazing. We were tired as we had gotten an early flight and my daughter ( who is autistic) was very tired Alana found us an available room without any hesitation. I cannot emphasise how great this was anyone who has a hidden disability will tell you these experiences are rare and that's why these acts of kindness mean so much.

First time staying here and was really impressed. The staff were amazing, from check in to check out, everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you could need for an overnight stay plus more. We stayed on the club floor (8th floor, great views!) which meant we could use the club room. Lots of drinks and snacks available all day plus alcoholic ones and canapés between 6pm-8pm. I sat in there on my own whilst partner was at a concert and felt at home and completely safe. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you!
