February 2025Lovely Friday night stay in a king room with Club Lounge access and breakfast. Can't fault it:the staff were lovely and helpful and the room was spotless. Breakfast was so nice. We enjoyed the Club Lounge access although the canapés were a bit lacking, however the service was faultless. Views across the city are pretty cool. Really close to Arndale, Printworks and the Arena and Victoria Station. Parking at the AOCP is subsidised with a voucher (you have to call the parking attendant from the machine to activate it). Should have been £24 for our parking but paid £18 with the discount. Will be staying again.

February 2025They were perfect. Very accommodating I asked for the stairs due to having a phobia with lifts and the receptionist said we can do better than that and gave us a ground floor never once has another hotel responded like this. They truly care about their customers 😊
