The Luton Capability Green Centre is a self-contained new two-storey building with a light, airy interior and decked garden area. It is ideally situated at the end of a boulevard on an 85-acre landscaped park, which is widely recognised as the leading business park in London's M1 corridor. Capability Green continues to attract high quality tenants and investors, including a number of international companies, thanks to its combination of attractive high quality business environment and unrivalled accessibility and communication links by air, rail and road. Current occupiers include financial, pharmaceuticals, aviation, engineering, technology and brewing companies. The site is situated nearby London Luton Airport, which is one of the UK's largest airports and carried almost nine million passengers in 2010. About 100 companies are based at the airport which is a key economic driver for the region and a major centre for 'low cost' or 'no frills' air travel.

Worst Reception Services.I went there to pick up my Uber customer from their office.Their Parking company (Euro Parking Services)send me parking ticket for £100.I parked infront of their office for only 3 minutes to pick up my customer I called them to speak to their parking enforcement team to cancel my ticket. But the receptionist refuse to help me and sound really ignorant.

Not a very positive experience unfortunately. I only used the office on average 6-8 days per month. On exit they charged me £570.00 Plus VAT for 'restoration services and to repaint the office'. You might be thinking ah maybe he scratched up all the walls, etc... Wrong, the office was as I found it but regardless of this they charged me anyways. When questioned they were very dismissive of anything I had to say and just said you need to pay. I requested photos of the damage and they sent me a couple of photos of tiny dirt marks which were there when I first took the office… absolute joke. I'm a very reasonable person, if I had in fact caused any damages to the office I would be more than happy to pay for it, but the fact is Regus have seen a way of generating £££ for when people leave their office space. If you are unfortunate enough in renting here I would highly recommend taking photos of the office prior to accepting to rent the space. Please remember there are no protective Government deposit schemes for renting offices so you have no legal recourse at all. Other things to consider: - The walls are stick thin and you will feel like someone is inside your office. If someone else is in their office taking phone calls all day you will be in hell. might as well pay less and have a shared office space. They haven't invested a penny in noise insulating materials which I think is crazy considering what they charge. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. - The Office air con is a nightmare. in the summer its broke every other week and the office windows do not open which means you have to sit in a sweatbox which meant I had to buy a desk fan. When it does work the main control panel to adjust the temperature is always broken which means the office gets crazy cold. I had to buy a portable heater because of this lol cant win. - Pay Per Month to use the coffee facilities is a total waste of money. The machine is broke 30% of the time and when it does work the coffee is sometimes horrible. I found a pack of their coffee beans in the cupboard and it had a roast date of 2.5 years ago... no wonder. Anyone with a bean to cup coffee machine knows the freshness is lost. Better of buying your own machine for the office (which is what I done). - The building operates a large immigration centre which is fine but its poorly managed. The main building reception can get extremely congested and makes entering/exiting the building a bit of an event. - The cleanliness of toilets and kitchen area is an absolute disgrace (which to be honest is no fault of Regus and I actually used to feel sorry for them having to clean up that mess). There were times I physically couldn't use the toilets due to how bad it was (trust me it was like someone was doing it on purpose). This was a constant problem that never went away. Other businesses renting offices would even leave sticky notes on toilets and kitchen cupboards to have a rant. - Some other office users love walking around the corridors whilst on their phone. Some will pace up and down non stop which was very annoying. Although this is not the fault of Regus. just rude people who have no regard for others. - The place is like a maze. You'll feel like a hamster going through a course that a kid has built lol. You'll know what i mean if you take a tour. - Some maintenance work was needed one day which required an electrical engineer to access my office. This was fine, no problem. What was a problem is when i went back to the office the following week my entire work station was covered in dust and crap that must have feel down from the ceiling. It required me to open up my computer and actually blow all the stuff out due to the amount of debris that entered it. my office equipment is worth a few thousand so i was not impressed at all. Positives - Very quick internet. Located next to David Lloyds Gym, Located next to M1, Located next to a Greggs. Business Park is well maintained. Jo & Emma are really lovely, polite, and friendly.
