September 2024I as part of X3 families stayed here before going on holiday from Luton Airport in August. We arrived late afternoon and left early (very) the following morning. Cannot fault the location, cleanliness, food etc but wanted to extend a particular thank you to Lester the Guest Service Manager who absolutely went above and beyond to ensure that the 12 of us were happy, it was the most perfect start to our holiday so thank you Xxx

September 2024Very easy for the Airport, clean room although a little small and power on only one side of the bed. Easy to park. Reception could be better as had no idea of what we had booked and took the payment for the room twice!

October 2024The room I was given had very dirty carpets and bathroom door was so swollen, it wouldn't close!!! The AC is old and antiquated but functions. I slept well and the bed is good. Breakfast is a very good selection but the staff aren't great to be honest. The poached eggs I received were presented in a bowl with plenty of unwanted water. When I attempted to scoop them out, they burst and ended up with most of the yolk in the bowl full of water. Not great. The pastries and sourdough bread was never replenished and had to make do with what was left.
