February 2025Absolutely the worst serviced office we have had and we have many ( this is our 7th). The heating has been broken since early Jan, still not fixed and the lift has been out of action for a month. These aren’t isolated incidents, the building has been ‘refurbished’ to look superficially ok but the underlying infrastructure is dreadful. No compensation whatsoever. And to make it even more annoying they offer us pathetic things like cake! As if we are children not tenants paying thousands of pounds per week in rent
