Cancellation: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice. Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking. Cleaning: Kindly ensure that you tidy up after your booking, including any communal areas utilised. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.

Absolutely the worst serviced office we have had and we have many ( this is our 7th). The heating has been broken since early Jan, still not fixed and the lift has been out of action for a month. These aren’t isolated incidents, the building has been ‘refurbished’ to look superficially ok but the underlying infrastructure is dreadful. No compensation whatsoever. And to make it even more annoying they offer us pathetic things like cake! As if we are children not tenants paying thousands of pounds per week in rent
