June 2024Price/Performance is good. It is next to the North Action station. We had an issue with our Amazon cargo shipment to the Hotel. Amazon said that they delivered shipment to the hotel but our cargo was missing. Hotel reception was so interested in the issue and they proved that it has not been delivered. This was only clue that we can use to convince Amazon. Thank you very much to the hotel reception, especially to Mr. Alfred for his very positive and so helpful approach.

July 2024We had a really nice stay - a family of three! The metro station is nearby, you have groceries around and coffee shop in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the ladies at reception to the cleaning ladies. The breakfast was ok, it is a typical English Breakfast, but the coffee is really great. The room was tidied every day and the towels were changed daily. The only small inconvenience was the internet that was not covering the room we stayed, but in the lobby it was working fine.

August 2024Front desk staff Mikaella is so awesome. She should be the company image of Holiday Inn. Whenever I see her, I feel “holiday” vibe, she should be the example for all hotel staff to learn from. I had early check in at 8 am, she helped me to finally check in at 10:30 but she came to me several times offering food and drinks and checks on me with smile while I was waiting. She reminds me of Sofia Vergara in Modern Family. Everything else is fine, wifi is not so strong, bathroom is a bit old, shower water is strong, AC is strong, breakfast has everything and for free, I had great sleep, it was quiet. Location is so great, close to airport and the city and it’s right outside the tube station of central line! Downstairs there are Tesco and Sainsbury, other restaurants nearby. I tried many IHG hotels in the world, this one is one of the best. Highly recommended.

August 2024Great location, amazing service and clean!!! The hotel is well located. North Acton Station is next to the hotel and there is a nice ramp to get to the hotel if you are carrying lost of luggage. The bus stops were right in front too. The groceries stores on the same street were convenient. Breakfast was good enough to get your day started. The rooms were comfortable and clean! The best part of the hotel is their people. They were helpful, personable, caring, and just wonderful. I would return just for them! Americans, get your electricity adaptors at home. We bought one at a store close to the hotel and our hair dryer died! The hair dryer at the room did not work well. They brought another one and it was the same.

July 2024Fantastic location as it’s right next to the Tube. It takes about 35-45 minutes to get into the center of London. The staff was great and very helpful. There’s a grocery store outside of it. At night, there were a few people within the area that we just needed to be cautious of but the hotel was great and the location makes it even better. Breakfast was just okay- nothing very special.
