July 2024One of my favorite hotels when visiting London in terms of value and location. As a regular business visitor, this hotel provides great service. For example, I left my do not disturb on so missed housekeeping for the day; I mentioned it to the concierge and they sent someone over at 8.40pm! I wasn’t expecting to get any. The breakfast is excellent value, fresh eggs, and avocado toast. Highly recommend this.

When they found out we were staying to celebrate a birthday they left a few sweet touches in our room. Will definitely be coming back here!

July 2024We were excited about this hotel prior to our stay and did not leave disappointed. The room was very spacious, with amenities that made our stay nothing but comfortable. The staff was always prompt and helpful. The hotel was centrally located, with almost an infinite amount of places within walking distance and a tube spot a short walk away. Absolutely recommend.

July 2024It was a friend’s birthday Spa. Upon arrival I was dubious as the spa is located underground - floor -1. At the Spa reception, I was met by the wonderful Serena who was so helpful and professional that she managed to book my friend a last minute massage session! The things I loved about this oasis of relaxation:- the jacuzzi, the swimming pool with fountain, the sauna and steam rooms and the experience room. They provide towels and bathrobe but you pay extra for slippers- I brought my own. If you want a quiet experience then Monday morning/afternoons to Wednesday are good days to go. The rest of the days, it is super busy - as you would expect!
