What an incredible stay! The staff is extremely courteous and attentive. The room was a pleasure with heated floors and floor to ceiling windows. Spa and pool amenities and offerings did not disappoint. The restaurant in the restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Staying at an Autograph Hotel for the first time was a fantastic choice—we couldn’t have been happier. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Although we arrived early in the morning, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary water and juices. Early check-in was part of our booking package, but it was still a bit too early for a room to be ready at 10 AM, so we decided to explore the area. However, just 20 minutes later, the front desk called to let us know our room was ready. The room was beautifully designed with thoughtful touches like heated bathroom floors, a super comfy bed, and automatic blackout curtains. Housekeeping even checked in to ensure everything was perfect. We also made use of the well-equipped gym, though we didn’t get a chance to try the pool. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in London.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The rooms were amazing with so many great amenities, including small details such as heated floors, switches next to the bed to turn all the various lights in the room on/off, and slippers and robes. The check-in team was very friendly and helpful. They checked our bags until our room was ready and then placed our bags in our room when we were out exploring. All around a great stay.

Had an excellent stay at Montcalm East, truly a 5-star experience. The room was spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed, and I was even able to get the specific pillows I requested. The bathroom was equally roomy with a fantastic walk-in shower—easy-to-use controls and excellent water pressure. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything I needed: dental and shaving kits, a coffee machine, mini fridge, shoe cleaner, filtered water, and more. The lighting in the room was fantastic, and the electric curtains were a nice touch. The AC and thermostat worked perfectly as well. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The service was outstanding—staff were extremely welcoming and attentive to every need. I didn’t try the breakfast, but I did have a few dinners, and the food was exceptional. I highly recommend the Caesar salad with salmon, the fresh bread, and the cheesecake—delicious! The laundry service was also very efficient. The desk in the room was spacious and well-designed, although one power socket wasn’t working. Looking forward to my next stay here! Highly recommend this hotel!

This is the best hotel Ive stayed in while visiting London and I can’t wait to return. This is my type of hotel: modern, great service, very relaxing and perfectly located in the city. Immediately upon entrance, the staff are on it. I remember being assigned to an accessible room but this wasn’t my preference and they switched me right away. The room has heated floors, large windows for a view of the city, black out curtains, robes, and there were cute treats provided for my welcome. I think what I loved the most was the pool, steam room and sauna located in the hotel. I even got a massage after my long flight as well. Everything here was perfect! Any hotel that suits the needs of a traveller, gets it. My bed was so comfy! I didn’t want to leave it. One day I literally stayed in it until the evening time. I felt safe, it was easy to get transportation and the tube is a short distance walk with several buses to catch if that is your thing. I would definitely stay here again. Ive done three hotels in this area and this is the one. I highly recommend!
