Located on the first floor of The Mermaid London, this event space is incredibly well-equipped and has been designed to meet the needs of exhibitors and larger conferences.
It is a highly flexible space with interconnecting walls that can be divided into four smaller spaces; Aldgate, Bishopsgate, Cripplegate and Dowgate, or when using Bishopsgate, Cripplegate and Dowgate, this makes the Newgate event space. Cancellation policy
In the event that the Hirer cancels or otherwise terminates this Agreement for any reason between the signing of this Agreement and 84 days before the start of the Hire Period the Hirer will be liable to pay immediately 50% of the Fees. In the event that the Hirer cancels the Event, or otherwise terminates this Agreement for any reason less than 83 days before the start of the Hire Period, the Hirer will be required to pay immediately to The Mermaid 75% of the Fees. 3.8 In the event that the Hirer cancels the Event, or otherwise terminates this Agreement for any reason 28 days or less before the start of the Hire Period, the Hirer will be required to pay immediately to The Mermaid 100% of the Fees.

I was here for a work event. Nice building, central location etc. Biggest win for me was the seats in the main theatre were super comfy, I wasn't expecting them to be that nice!

I have been here on a number of occasions for conferences. It's well equipped, things seem to run smoothly and provide everything that you would expect. The lunches are good and this time had gluten free options for mains, but not desert. The cookies at breaks looked delicious though no no gluten free choice, so I had to settle for healthy, fruit option. They really looked after my waistline! The staff are friendly and helpful.
