Love the cocktails at Mama Shelter. And a good, spacious venue with friendly staff. A special thank you to Andre form our latest visit for our delicious cocktails, and Prosecco. I am sad that the butterfly pea martini is no longer on the menu though, please bring this back! ❤️

Stayed here for a few days for a city trip to London. First of all, the breakfast was amazing! Such a great buffet and I even began to like British breakfast. (Of course there were many more delicious options). Everyone was super nice and helpful and the rooms were always clean. We had no problem with traffic noise. The rooms didn't have closets for clothes, but that didn't really bother us, since we didn't stay long. The hotel might not be that close to the centre, but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel that gets you in the city or for example to Liverpool Street Station to change to Underground. It takes like 30 minutes to get in the city centre. Overall we had a great time here and would love to come back, thanks for having us Mama's!

I had a great stay at Mama Shelter. Jasmine at the reception was very kind and helpful during check-in, setting the tone for a pleasant experience. The hotel’s ambience is lovely, with beautiful decorations throughout. Breakfast was superb with a great selection. Checkout with Fatimah was smooth and she was equally kind. Highly recommend Mama Shelter for its excellent service and charming atmosphere!

The hotel is immaculate, really quirky in its design, and the staff were amazing; super helpful, and really friendly. The room was spacious, furnished to a high standard but also kept its individuality in its design choice, and we loved it! Bed was comfy, and it wasn’t particularly noisy considering our room overlooked the street. The bathroom was clean and well equipped with free wash stuff etc, an and the waterfall shower was lovely. We ate in the restaurant and the food was great. Thanks so much for a lovely stay :)
