Cancellation policy: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your booking, simply provide written confirmation to our team. Refund amounts vary depending on the notice period: 25% (the deposit) is refundable 28 days or more prior to the event, 50% is refundable 14-27 days prior to the event, and unfortunately, no refund is available for cancellations made 1-13 days prior to the event.
