Cancellation policy: We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your booking, simply provide written confirmation to our team. Refund amounts vary depending on the notice period: 25% (the deposit) is refundable 28 days or more prior to the event, 50% is refundable 14-27 days prior to the event, and unfortunately, no refund is available for cancellations made 1-13 days prior to the event.

Corporate bookings can take advantage of discounted rates, with larger groups earning greater discounts. Looking to add some extra excitement to your adventure? September 2024Excellent days activities at Hangloose, Bluewater. Did the Aerodium, Zipline and Giant swing. As it was during the week during term time we had the place practically to ourselves so was able to go from one experience to the next. All the staff were brilliant, special mention to Charlie who was our flying instructor. He couldn’t do enough for us both welcoming us and taking us throughout the experience. The whole day was well worth the money, thank you!!
