The Tank Museum provides a unique setting for a wide range of corporate and private events. Your function will be held amongst the world’s finest and most historically significant collection of tanks. As a registered charity and Museum of the Royal Armoured Corp and Royal Tank Regiment, all revenues raised are reinvested into the Museum, to develop our exhibitions and maintain our collections for future generations to enjoy.
The Sherman & Churchill Suites can be arranged to accommodate a variety of events; from conferences and meetings, to dinners and lectures.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the Company should be informed in writing but will reserve the right to apply charges and any other expenses incurred. Cancellations received two-four weeks prior to the hire date will be invoiced for 50% of the full amount. Cancellations received less than two weeks before the hire date will be invoiced for the full amount.

August 2024Massive muesuem displaying plenty of tanks and other armoured vehicles. Spent all day here and still didn't get to see it all. Reenactments in the arena are good. Cafe and shop is well priced and plenty of options to choose from. Something for everyone to see and you haven't got to be interested in tanks to enjoy it. Overall good value for money. Highly recommend to anybody looking for day out. 😊

November 2024This is such a fabulous museum. I'm not a tank enthusiast, just an interested visitor. A huge number of displays, all thoughtfully arranged, with atmospheric areas, plenty to keep kids interested and a fabulous soft play area for the youngsters. It would take more than a day to see alm the fascinating history. Each ticket allows you back in for 12 months, so we'll be back soon!

October 2024Very good experience. We went as a family with 2 adults and 2 young children both under 10 years. There are lots of things to do and see. The kids loved finding all stamps. My daughter loved dressing up in all the different costumes. Highly recommend the restaurant upstairs the food is definitely well worth it. The outside play area was lovely for the kids to play in the wooden made tanks. Lots of nice gifts etc in the gift shop. I highly recommend people pay a visit if in the area. 10/10

November 2024Fantastic day. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Allow a whole day as lots to see and do. Several things for younger kids - indoor/outdoor play areas, creative things to do etc. Cafe and shop prices reasonable. Went for the Christmas market as well as the museum-stalls were interspersed between the tanks with a good variety of things to buy. Prices ranged from very reasonable to expensive. Some interesting recycled things available. Would have given 5 stars except cleanliness of toilets was lacking even at 10.30 am. Will be returning to see the museum again as needs a full day just for that and entrance price includes free return for a year which is amazing. Fabulous testament to our history thoroughly recommend!
