Very good atmosphere and great tanks to see. Very informative and interesting descriptions of the tanks and a very well thought out layout. Overall experience was great although the food was sub-average. Many of the tanks were really rare with some being the last one in good condition of its kind. Would definitely recommend a visit, even for people who aren’t interested in tanks. There is also a good play area outside for children. It’s also great that you can go inside an actual tank from WW1! Tickets also allow you to come back for free for the next year

One of the best museums I've been too. Was nice to be aware of more history and what our military have endured and the sacrifices, my respect. Was interactive for family's their Was a live show on and a big playground and interactions throughout. I loved the tanks ❤️

A museum that is really worth seeing. It has numerous exhibits in the form of tanks, from the first prototypes to those currently in use. Possibility of using a small catering service. For those who like strong experiences, a ride in a military vehicle on a special track, of course for an additional fee. Entrance tickets are valid all year round.

What can I say, an absolutely brilliant day out with plenty to do for all the family. I recommend the tank ride, it was great fun (and a little bumpy). Food was great and reasonably priced. Lovely gift shop with something for everyone. Plus if you order tickets online you get 1 year free admission. I will definitely be taking the family again.

Absolutely amazing visit to this museum. Highly recommended if visiting swanage/ Dorset county. Great layout and presentation of information on types of tanks from around the world, history behind it, and timeline of tanks. I was amazed to see the amount of research that went into it and its application during WW2, etc. Set ups of army base/camps and real-life conversations of soldiers during various war like situations, which is evident in their voices. Was somewhat emotional about this visit and have huge huge respect for soldiers around the world... Thank you for such great insight into the world of tanks.
