Booked two rooms. Both rooms clean, good views, well proportioned and modern. Had to call the evening before to see if we could get at least one room slightly earlier as we were meeting friends before 3pm for our daughter’s graduation celebrations. Spoke to Laura who made notes on our booking requesting this from housekeeping. On check in we were greeted by Bernadette who was very friendly, professional and informative. We were able to have one room early which was a huge help to us, so we could freshen up ready for a long day out. When we returned late evening Laura greeted us in person, and checked us in. Even remembering that I called the previous evening and if we were checked in early on the other room. We had breakfast at 9am and everything was as expected, a selection of English, continental and gluten free foods on offer. Would we stay again, absolutely. Special thanks to Laura for waving her magic wand for an early check in and Bernadette for her professionalism and easy mannerisms.
