Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa

Stayed at the hotel to celebrate my birthday in Cardiff! Excellent room, clean and spacious bathrooms. The service was super prompt. A platter was placed in my room before we checked in saying happy birthday which was super sweet! We were also given complimentary access to pool service by the reception for my birthday! Definitely recommended and will come back! The reception staff was super sweet and helped us with everything! Location is very accessible to major attractions

My new favourite hotel in Cardiff! We were celebrating our first anniversary, so treated ourselves to a Prestige room. The photos on their website does not do this place any justice. The room was absolutely stunning and has been completely renovated and updated compared to the marketing photos. They went the extra mile for our anniversary, rose petals on the bed, two Welsh Cakes with a note to say Happy Anniversary and two drink vouchers. We will definitely be back, and have recommended the hotel to friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Had a spa day here, which included 3 hours in pool and facilities. It's decent in fairness, but the pool was a little mirky, lots of broken bits in the changing rooms, and poor water pressure but not bad overall. The pool is also quite small, so if 4/5 people are swimming lengths, you can't really do anything else other than Bob around the edges. Anything over 2 hours is £10-20 parking, so be mindful, and coffees are all machined. The restaurant was nice and open for the afternoon tea and the tea room was nice
