The Williams Experience Centre is an experience that never fails to impress, located at the home of the Williams Formula 1 team in Grove, Oxfordshire
Originally the base of BMW's Le Mans project, the building was converted in 2002 and today stands as an award-winning Experience Centre, offering a modern and creative environment in which to meet, train, network and entertain. With 7 flexible event rooms catering from 2 to 200 guests, the Williams Experience Centre offers full support in event planning and execution with in-house AV facilities, dedicated event managers and 5-star catering and service.

-Notice received more than ten (10) weeks prior to the Event – 30% of the Fee (being the Deposit) -Notice received more than seven (7), but less than ten (10), weeks prior to the Event – 50% of the Fee. -Notice received more than four (4), but less than seven (7), weeks prior to the Event – 60% of the Fee. -Notice received four (4) weeks or fewer prior to the Event – 100% of the Fee.

Any guests under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

July 2024Went on a F1 experience day at Williams. Myself and my wife had the most wonderful day. Everyone working for Williams could not have been anymore lovely and were so attentive to everyone attending the event. The food was gorgeous and we could eat as much as we wanted, plus 3 tokens to use at the bar (3 beers for me). The tour is so informative and tells the story of the Williams journey past and present. The day surpassed our expectations by a long way, so much so that we are already planning our next visit. Hopefully a factory tour once they start. Well done to all at Williams.
