Room Clean, tidy thank you Nicole! Good location for airport. We do stay and park with taxi to airport. Couple of good pubs, eateries within easy walking distance. Nice bar area. Staff friendly and efficient. This is my 4th stay, perfect for our needs and reasonably priced.

Good location to stay out of the hustle of the airport. Rooms were not cleaned to a very high standard, tags from people's clothes that had been removed were on the windowsill and behind the drawers. There was also a chocolate cake bar in one of the drawers. When we first got there the room we were given was really warm, the windows were open on arrival but heating was belting and unable to turn down. Harish from reception came to room very promptly when called and upgraded us to a bigger room that was less warm, which was very much appreciated and very good service.

This is a budget hotel - rooms are out-dated and the bathrooms poorly maintained. Room wasn't cleaned first night and we had a problem getting towels. I stayed in a "cosy" twin room with my sister and it was small! Downstairs areas including reception, bar and restaurant were clean, spacious and comfortable. Much higher quality than guest rooms. Apart from one member of staff on reception (older male) - everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had notified a late arrival and had booked a table at the restaurant accordingly. We were held up in traffic, and arrived before the restaurant closed - but the above-mentioned member of reception staff was extremely unhelpful and told us we couldn't have a meal as we were late arriving, despite the published closing time on a notice behind him. However, this was soon solved by the bar and restaurant staff and we were able to eat at the bar from the bar menu - which suited us better. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. However, I definitely won't be staying there again because of the low-quality rooms.
