Stayed here on a last minute, missed-flight layover. Dario at reception was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well — especially the doormen (Mo was particularly good). Fabulous location and very comfortable rooms. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

If you need to stay in this area then the hotel is ok-ish but I would argue that there are better ones around. The hotel is quiet noisy and unless you are very lucky, your room will either be in the basement without any natural light or on the upper floors facing directly into the adjustment room or building. Make sure to request a room on the upper floor and facing the street - otherwise your windows will literally look into another room or the building opposite and you will hear/smell the kitchen extractor all day long, well into the evening. There is also a water pressure problem in the building where the pressure and temperature keeps fluctuating. The bathtub draining was also problematic - just taking a shower meant that by the end of your shower you are standing in 4" of water. Cannot comment on the restaurant but the breakfast selection was good and the taste/quality was also pretty decent. Although most of the stuff is courteous and friendly, my mood was spoiled on the day of arrival when the porter who was going to store my luggage asked for my name by saying "what's your name bro?". For a 5 start hotel, I would expect proper language rather than ghetto slang.
