Stayed for one night, absolutely LOVELY hotel! The receptionist, Jamie, was an absolute sweetheart, making sure we had a good room (deluxe), the room was big, clean and the bed was amazing! Location is perfect, so close to King’s Cross but the noise from the streets was no issue at all! Room service was pricey but WORTH IT!! The food was absolutely amazing!

We stayed at Pullman London St Pancras for 3 nights in August. Location wise, I think it definitely suited our itinerary. It's close to both Euston and Kings Cross. We were also able to easily visit the British Library which was literally across the street. Rooms wise, they were spacious, clean, and well maintained with decent amenities. Honestly, nothing to complain about.

We have used this hotel before, also for a two night stay, which this most recent stay was. Handily located for St Pancras. We had a deluxe room which was a decent size for London. Door staff, reception staff and restaurant staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was great but after that, the restaurant was not worth the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Not sure why they set the temperature to 16 C. It was too cold for us and the thermostat was not user friendly.
