Have stayed here a few times now and each time has been wonderful. Rooms are pristine and very comfortable. Location is excellent for travelling around the UK, or Europe for that matter. The best thing though is the breakfast service. The food is excellent but the service is exemplary with a team of warm, friendly, organised and attentive staff. Their managers should be very proud of the team they've assembled.

Great location, staff are very attentive and courteous. Always there if you need anything nothing is a problem. Beautifully decorated and rooms are great size and the level of cleanliness is fantastic. Great selection in the restaurant for breakast, something for everyone. I have stayed a few times on business and never been disappointed. A great experience from the minute you arrive until you leave.

Myself and my 12-year-old son came for a one night stay as a special treat for His birthday. I have to say it is a beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. We were looked after really well from beginning to end. The beds were extremely comfortable. The showers were hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we are definitely coming back. Thank you especially to Tyler on reception who made us feel super welcome.

I have only but praise for this hotel. The most decisive factor is with no doubt the employees (I am sorry I do not remember their names)!! ALL of them were fantastic, polite, helpful and tried to accommodate all my request, always with a smile and the necessary friendliness but without overstepping. Keep up the great work, you make this hotel what it is! Then, the room was very spacious (I had a superior room) with a small sitting area with a Sofa and a TV. It had all the amenities I want from a hotel (incl. slippers and bathrobe). The bed was very comfortable and the whole room clean and cozy. The only thing I did not like (down to personal taste) is that it had very little lighting, I would like more lights in the room - not more powerful, just more - for example a ceiling light in the bedroom. Breakfast is very good with the only thing missing being eggs cooked on the spot, like an omelet or something similar. But variety was great and quality top notch. Also, I liked the fact that they bring a coffee jug and not just a small cup! Location is less than 5' walking distance from Kings Cross Station, so quite convenient. All in all I would easily stay in this hotel again and I do recommend it.

Hotel is definitely clean, definitely no bedbugs which are famous in London Hotels. Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is v good. Room is small basic/Spartan But furniture / decoration looks fairly new and fresh. Nice open city view. Fair selection of complementary Tea and coffee in the room. But for $560 Canadian / night I would have expected a bit more space and luxury in the room.
