Saved me driving a 2 hour plus journey home as I was so tired. Didn't know what to expect but the room was fab, clean, comfy firm mattress and the TV had so many channels I felt spoilt. Bathroom was clean and shower was easy to use. Food at the bar was just what I needed. The staff were friendly and professional so I am glad to have stubbled over it. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for one night. Decent sized, clean room. Large comfortable bed. Good en-suite bathroom. Very decent buffet breakfast. Can't really fault the venue for an overnight stay, given the price we paid.

If you're on a tight budget and looking for super cheap motel on your travels and you dont mind it being rough around the edges...this is the place to go. The GOOD: - probably the best part of our experience here was the food! Great menu selection, meals tasted very high quality and felt like fine-dining, especially the desserts. We ordered second rounds of the sticky toffee puds. - friendly staff, although understaffed, they tried their best with limited resources and low budget. - beautiful surroundings and grounds, the mini garden outside our room was lovely for cup of tea in the afternoon or reading a book. - huge spacious beds, surprisingly comfortable! The BAD: - heating was difficult to keep on during cold night, no duvet or thick blankets available, slept on multiple cold sheets. - tv did not work, better to bring a laptop or board games. The UGLY: - old, outdated and ripped curtains, furniture and upholstery. The living room and bedroom looked like it has not been updated or renovated for decades. - stained mattress and bed sheets (see pictures). If you are passing by, def recommend stopping for the food and exploring the area. We hope the management invests in updating this place as it has so much potential!

Looks like it used to be a nice place,, however it is on the fast slope downhill!! Needs huge upgrading and an experienced maintenance person. Toilets don’t work properly, rooms are extremely dated and grubby. I was uncomfortable to walk in the floor without shoes on due to cleanliness. Pics on their booking site are very deceiving. Will not book again! The best thing going for this hotel is location to Heathrow.

Personally would not recommend this hotel at all. I stay in hotels a lot for business travel and this was up there with the worst. The hotels itself is run down and generally just looks unkempt. The bathroom was tiny, and with the handrail placement in the shower, it made it impossible to move freely. The extractor fan unit above the toilet was leaking yellow water all night, mould on the bathroom wall and the coffee cups were clearly dirty. The walls in the rooms are paper thin and I could hear the person next door on the phone talking into the early hours as the walls are so thin. Took ages to get served at the bar for food as no one was there. Would not recommend, and I won't be staying again Edited to add : after getting very little sleep already due to the above issues, before a busy work day, I was then woken just after 7am to a woman shouting through a door at someone staying in a room, who I presume is her husband, about them cheating on her in the room with someone else. This went on for 45 mins, shouting and door chapping, disturbing other guests. The person wasn't even staying in the hotel, she shouldn't even have been allowed up to the room. I wouldn't even consider staying at this hotel again, I wish I'd slept in my car.
