The room was well presented the hotel was tastefully decorated for christmas. The service we received throughout was next level and we cant thank all the staff at Mercure enough. We wouldn't hesitate to use this venue again for any events.

October 2024Staff are amazing here. Very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Easy access to the bus stop for the city. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our room could do with a little TLC in places but only cosmetic. We would definitely stay again. We didn't eat so cannot comment on the food.

November 2024This was a convenient and surprisingly delightful stay. Located less than two minutes away from an easy park and ride made this hotel a superb choice for exploring York. The staff were all delightful and friendly, particularly the breakfast team who made sure we did not miss out on a cooked breakfast even after our mix up with timings! The rooms were spacious and extremely quiet. I’d highly recommend for a convenient stop over.
