The Luton Capability Green Centre is a self-contained new two-storey building with a light, airy interior and decked garden area. It is ideally situated at the end of a boulevard on an 85-acre landscaped park, which is widely recognised as the leading business park in London's M1 corridor. Capability Green continues to attract high quality tenants and investors, including a number of international companies, thanks to its combination of attractive high quality business environment and unrivalled accessibility and communication links by air, rail and road. Current occupiers include financial, pharmaceuticals, aviation, engineering, technology and brewing companies. The site is situated nearby London Luton Airport, which is one of the UK's largest airports and carried almost nine million passengers in 2010. About 100 companies are based at the airport which is a key economic driver for the region and a major centre for 'low cost' or 'no frills' air travel.

The space is 15 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

We had our Visa Biometrics appointment here. So glad we choose this place, the team is so welcoming and supportive. It was a wonderful experience.

    April 2024

My application papers were processed by Sopra steria, which is an official partner of Homeoffice. They refused to make a copy of a consent form and upload it. My other documents, which I had physically with me, were uploaded except for 1, which was on my phone. The charge to process the papers is 139.00£ and an extra charge of 56.00£ for using their service to upload the documents. In spite of paying the additional charge, they didn't upload. They have a copier in the lobby, which they said it's for official purposes. Was my appointment not official? 1st, they said it's not mandatory to upload the consent form, and then I was told the rest of the file will be forwarded by 10pm, and I will have to upload the document myself. My appointment was at 16.30, and I didn't have a solution. Finally, I uploaded it. Points to note is: 1. I couldn't upload my documents because the file format was not acceptable. 2. I agreed to pay the additional costs of 56.00£ to upload during the appointment. 3. Was refused because I didn't have a physical copy of a document. 4. Copier in the reception is for official purposes, 5. After the staff uploaded the rest of the documents, how was I able to upload the consent form from the same phone, same file format, and not while I was applying and making an appointment.
