Stayed for 1 night travelling for work, I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking. I read them the day I was travelling and was a little apprehensive! So easy to find and in a great location. When I arrived I checked in, my room was very nice, clean, not huge but plenty big enough for me! It was on the ground floor easily accessible. I can’t comment on the air conditioning as I didn’t use it, I didn’t need to the room was a nice temperature and I didn’t need to use the heating or the air conditioning which seems to be the cause of numerous not very good reviews. I was woken up very early in the morning to constant banging! It sounded like someone knocking on the door or the wall, at first I thought it was a cleaner but it went on for over an hour which was very strange! Luckily I was getting up anyway for work so the wake up call wasn’t too unwelcome! Not the hotels fault.

Elevator is slow and will take time to come, rooms are very small and when you ask for a bigger room you will be asked to stay for 1 night until find u a larger size room. I don’t know why they don’t consider the DND sign sometimes and sometimes either will call or make a noise or I heard that the next room they enter the room even with this sign. The front desk tried to help but sometimes the change should be from the top, the hotel in a great location but worst condition. The wall plug are only on the desk to you can’t charge your phone and keep it next to you at night. The AC, I tried to open it once and it wasn’t filtered and ready to use as a lot of dust a bad smell was there so I turned it off again

Terrible Experience for Individual Travelers If you're an individual traveler, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. The rooms are shockingly small – there was barely enough space to walk, let alone keep my luggage. It felt cramped and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price. This hotel is not suitable for anyone looking for a decent amount of space and comfort. I would not stay here again.
